This work is offered one-to-one, usually over three to six months, through small group coaching programmes and awareness building sessions. \n\nThe second is senior leaders, mainly in professional services firms, who are trying to lead sustainably rather than at the expense of their people. This includes one-to-one dcoaching on specific leadership challenges, a masterclass on breaking the control cycles that drive exhaustion, workshops on supporting team members through parental leave and flexible working, and team development work where unspoken tensions are affecting performance.\n\nAcross both strands, my approach is what I call The Other Way Method: starting with curiosity instead of prescription, and working with what's actually happening for a person or team rather than applying a standard model. My background spans sports sponsorship, Big Four consulting and specialist leadership development, alongside a Master's in Management Learning and Leadership researching the emotional transition to motherhood and return to work in professional services. I've also written a book, The Other Way: re-discover wisdom, power and flow in motherhood, menopause and career transitions. I write a weekly newsletter and LinkedIn publication, 'The Transition Brief', for HR and people leaders. I also speak at events on the intersection of leadership and transitions.
