That means combining strategic thinking and practical support with an understanding of the pressure that comes with building a business.\n\nI've lived it myself. As founder and CEO of a life-planning tech startup, I raised more than £1.7 million and experienced the pitching, fundraising, team-building, difficult decisions and 3am uncertainty that come with the job. That experience shapes how I work today: grounded, practical support without the jargon or guru-style frameworks.\n\nAnd I don't pretend to have every answer. When a founder needs expertise beyond mine, I can make considered introductions through Friends of Wayfinder, a network of trusted people across marketing, finance, technology, hiring, legal and funding.\n\nSupport is built around where you are. That ranges from regular support for early-stage and pre-revenue founders through to deeper strategic partnerships with founders who have traction, growing teams and bigger decisions to make.\n\nI'm based in Cornwall and work with ambitious founders across the UK and beyond.","specialism":"Founder advisory, strategy and wellbeing support for early-stage startups","categories":[{"slug":"coaching-mentoring","name":"Coaching & Mentoring","primary":true,"offers":["coaching"],"distinguishes_training_and_coaching":false,"sub_categories":[{"slug":"business-coaching","name":"Business coaching"},{"slug":"life-coaching","name":"Life coaching"}]},{"slug":"strategy-business-growth","name":"Strategy & Business Growth","primary":false,"offers":["coaching"],"distinguishes_training_and_coaching":true,"sub_categories":[{"slug":"growth-strategy","name":"Growth strategy"},{"slug":"business-planning","name":"Business planning"},{"slug":"innovation-new-ventures","name":"Innovation and new ventures"},{"slug":"strategy-facilitation","name":"Strategy facilitation"}]},{"slug":"wellbeing-mental-health","name":"Wellbeing & Mental Health","primary":false,"offers":["coaching"],"distinguishes_training_and_coaching":true,"sub_categories":[{"slug":"resilience-stress-management","name":"Resilience and stress management"},{"slug":"burnout-prevention","name":"Burnout prevention"},{"slug":"mental-health-awareness","name":"Mental health awareness"}]}],"based_in":{"town":null,"county":null,"region":null,"country":"United Kingdom"},"coverage":{"nationwide":true,"regions":[],"towns":[]},"formats":["In-person","Onsite"],"funding":[],"accreditations":[],"pricing":"Day rate from £500","courses":[],"website":"https://wayfinderadvisory.co.uk/","socials":{"linkedin":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/iandibb/","facebook":"https://www.facebook.com/wayfinderadvisory"},"video":null,"logo":"https://leahwxgrfrpnxzgyivxa.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/listing-images/logo-08c69439-f6cc-4db2-884e-2f32deb8f3f9-1788788972616.webp","contact":"The trainer's email and phone are on their listing page, linked in this record, and buyers contact them directly.
