Delta6 designs and delivers leadership and management development for organisations that are growing and changing. We work with first-time managers finding their feet, mid-level leaders stepping up to run larger teams, and senior groups shaping culture and strategy. Our programmes are practical and grounded, built around real workplace situations rather than theory for its own sake. Typical work includes multi-day leadership programmes, short focused workshops on subjects like difficult conversations, delegation and feedback, and one-to-one coaching for individual managers. We run open courses that individuals can join, and in-house programmes designed around a single organisation. Every programme is shaped with the client first, so the content fits the people in the room and the challenges they actually face. We work across the North West in person and with organisations anywhere in the UK online.
