About

We help organisations and individuals build skills they can use straight away, across Microsoft 365, IT technical subjects, project and programme management, AI and business skills such as leadership, customer service and sales. Alongside public scheduled courses, we offer bespoke training, onsite delivery, consultancy, course bundles and a corporate training credit scheme that lets organisations spread a pre-paid training budget across our course portfolio over the year. Skilltec was set up because too much IT and professional skills training felt either overly theoretical or focused purely on software features, without enough attention to how people actually use tools in their day-to-day work. Since then our course portfolio and customer base have grown, but the core of what we do hasn't changed: small, focused groups, trainers who have done the job themselves and content that speaks directly to real workplace challenges. We also run coaching and workshops for managers, technical specialists moving into leadership and teams that need to work better together, covering areas such as communication, feedback, accountability and managing change. Our approach is guided by a few key values: practical, clear, supportive, reliable, inclusive and focused on quality, with every course reviewed and updated regularly and ongoing investment in trainer development.
