About

At Thrive Together Training and Coaching we work with organisations that recognise the strategic value of supporting their people's mental health and want to build healthier, more effective workplaces. Our aim is to help businesses create healthier, more supportive workplace cultures where people feel valued and equip leaders to respond appropriately and effectively to poor mental health in the workforce using a straightforward three-pillar approach that helps identify what's helping people, what's holding them back and where action will make the biggest difference. Our approach is practical and collaborative: understanding what is happening within your organisation, identifying where improvements can be made and helping you turn good intentions around wellbeing into meaningful action. Our training ranges from Mental Health First Aid and mental health awareness through to financial wellbeing, menopause, resilience, bereavement, implementing MHFAid effectively and other bespoke workplace wellbeing programmes. We don't believe that simply delivering a training course is enough. We work with organisations to understand their people, culture and challenges, then develop training and support around what they actually need. This can include one-to-one coaching for managers and individuals, as well as our Mental Health MOT, which helps organisations understand their current position, identify opportunities for improvement and develop a practical route forward. Ultimately, our aim is to help you create a workplace where people can thrive and perform. That means giving leaders and managers the confidence to have better conversations, helping employees recognise and respond to poor mental health and putting practical structures in place that make wellbeing part of everyday working life rather than another initiative that disappears after a few months. If you're looking for someone to work with your organisation rather than simply deliver training to it, we'd love to start with a conversation about where you are now, where you'd like to be and how Thrive Together can help you get there.
