Above the Clouds

About

Find clarity. Build confidence. Move forward. Rise above the Clouds. Above The Clouds Coaching provides coaching-led employment relations support and training for individuals, leaders and organisations. I help people tackle confidence, leadership, neurodiversity and workplace challenges, navigate complex people issues and find practical solutions that work for them and their organisations. My approach is collaborative and grounded in real world experience, helping people think things through rather than simply telling them what to do. My training is like no other practical, engaging and thought-provoking, combining coaching expertise, employment relations experience and lived experience to challenge thinking and turn insight into action. Whether you’re developing your leadership, supporting your people or working through a difficult workplace situation, I create the space to understand what’s happening, explore your options and move forward with confidence.
