About
I offer two main areas of coaching - career coaching and redundancy coaching. Career coaching is for people who have reached a crossroads in their work, whether that's feeling unappreciated, considering a complete change of direction, or facing redundancy. Realigning a career isn't just about finding a new job title; it's about reconnecting with what matters to you and building a plan to move towards it. Redundancy coaching is for individuals who have recently been told that they're facing redundancy. This is usually funded by businesses, and offered as a support for people that they have had to let go. We cover things like the emotional impact, confidence, what next, job prospects and the future. My coaching helps clients identify their core values, strengths and passions, explore career possibilities that fit those, and work through the self-doubt that often gets in the way. From there we build a clear, practical plan and develop the tools needed to manage transitions, applications and interviews. Alongside coaching, I offer support with the practical side of a job search: writing CVs that get you to interview, putting together standout applications, and preparing to do well once you're in the interview room. I also support employers with performance and redundancy situations. I've been working as a careers coach since 2015 and have helped over a hundred clients move forward with more clarity and confidence about where they're heading.
