We specialise in arboricultural training, helping people build the practical skills needed for tree management work. Courses cover chainsaw maintenance and operation, felling and processing trees, climbing and aerial rescue techniques, rope and harness work, and ground care machinery such as brush cutters, hedge trimmers and stump grinders. We also offer pesticide application training (PA1, PA2, PA6). Training leads to recognised NPTC City and Guilds certificates of competence or LANTRA Awards certification, and we run both initial courses and CPD refreshers. Sessions can take place at our fully equipped workshop and woodland site near Chesterfield, or we can come to you, with training regularly delivered across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and more widely across the UK. Courses are designed to take you from enrolment through hands-on practical learning to certification, whatever your starting point, from complete beginners to experienced arborists looking to add qualifications.
