About
For 28 years, we've been helping organisations and individuals get their communication right. Our trainers are seasoned experts with decades of real-world experience – as broadcast journalists, Fleet Street veterans, professional editors, award-winning writers, PR specialists and senior leaders of corporate communications. Every one also goes through our own demanding trainer programme and a rigorous selection process before they teach a single course. We cover the full range of business writing and communication skills: reports, board papers, bids and proposals, policies and procedures, presentations, meetings, public speaking and more. We can include guidance on using AI thoughtfully alongside your own thinking and judgement on any course as well as in dedicated sessions. Our specialism is building tailored in-house programmes around a client's specific needs, as in-person or remote trainer-led sessions, self-paced online learning or a bespoke blended solution. We also deliver prescheduled courses for individuals to join. The most effective learning is tailored to the learners' goals and needs, not generic off-the-shelf. We use expert human analysis and our own diagnostic tools to understand each person's communication strengths, weaknesses and blind spots at the outset. This means we can adapt the training so it can truly fit the learners' needs, not just tick a box. We work with private and public sector organisations around the world, and all our scheduled courses are CPD accredited.

Introduction to writing with AI
Love AI or hate it, there’s no denying its power. And getting to grips with it is fast becoming the must-have skill. Yet many people worry about falling behind or making costly mistakes while using it.
Press-release writing
Creating sharp and compelling press releases that will get journalists’ attention is key to gaining press coverage. It’s a challenging skill, with many parts to master.
Policy and procedure writing
Unclear policy and procedure documents can easily be misunderstood or misconstrued. When this happens, it can lead to serious consequences for the users of the documents or the people affected by them.
Public speaking
While some people relish the chance to present, others live in fear of being asked to speak in public – whatever their level of seniority within the organisation.
Technical writing
For many technical people, writing can take them a long way from their comfort zone. And whatever the technical role, knowledge that isn't communicated effectively may just be wasted.
