About
I set up RockSALT over 24 years ago: 10 yrs army, completed a masters degree, worked at Barclays Capital, then an international training consultancy. Since then I've inspired 1000s of clients in the development of their work performance. My approach is all about you: I observe, analyse and give feedback on the quality of your spoken word, using video recording and dynamic interaction, so you're more aware of your current performance. From there > action plan > you implement behavioural changes > enhance your performance. I deliver group workshops - a fast-moving morning of practical group work and video recording, followed by an afternoon of 1-to-1 coaching and feedback. I also deliver 1-to-1, online sessions > 100% focus on you and easy to book and reschedule.
